In fact, all the mods that I subscribed to for CK2 on the workshop never showed up in my launcher for the longest time. I would install it, look for it, not see it, try again, then give up.
Hello, I seem to have a problem downloading mods from the workshop. They say that they are subscribed but do not show up in the menu nor the mod folder. I went and checked my settings and nothing should be preventing this download. I checked my download folder and it does say that they were downloaded, and yet they do not show up. Whenever I subscribe to a mod Steam starts downloading something but it doesn't actually download the mod into the documents folder, and it doesn't appear in the launcher. That's pretty weird considering CK2 workshop works just fine and Stellaris mods used to download without any problems before. Under "Mods" tab, the new mod will appear at the bottom of the mod list as unselectable, with a red background (which does not reflect download progress!). At the same time a "Crusader Kings II - Workshop Content" download will be triggered in Steam client (where you can monitor progress).
